Mark has been involved in start-ups since he started his first business with his brother, Tommy O’Donnell, in 2007. He grew that business from just the two of them to over 250 people and $25,000,000 in revenue from 2012 to 2016. As a result, this growth put them on the Inc. 500 and Inc. 5000 lists five years in a row. Concurrently, Mark and Tommy successfully completed multiple mergers and acquisitions plus created a partnership that manages 10+ portfolio businesses.
